Hazeen Qadri was a Pakistani Punjabi poet who wrote many beautiful blockbuster hit songs in Pakistani Punjabi movies made in Lahore’s film industry (Lollywood) during the 1950’s to the 1970’s. He was born in a small village Raja Tamoli near Gujranwala in 1926. His real name was Basheer Ahmad. He could not complete his education beyond the Primary School level due to poverty.
